God on the Big Screen: Inside Out

God on the Big Screen: Inside Out

This week, Ken's message will be a reflection on the Disney movie: "Inside Out." God formed us and knows us from the inside out. Each one of us is a different and unique creation, and we are loved and accepted for who we were created to be. How should this truth affect our life?

Our #WholeLifeReflections this week:

  • Do you ever feel guilty for feeling certain emotions? If so, which ones, and why do you feel guilty?
  • Use a Bible search engine (www.biblegateway.com) to look up various emotions like joy, sadness, anger, etc. Do you ever see them connected with God? What does what you read tell you about how to use emotions effectively?
  • How do you feel when someone else is experiencing negative emotions? How do you respond to them? How could you respond to them most effectively based on what we saw on Inside Out and read in the Bible?

Anything that stood out to you this week?  Something we said, didn’t say, or could have explained in more detail?  Let us know by reaching out with any of the links below!
